We want you to love your Driftwood gear. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

Returns Within 30 Days

Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

• Exchange: Free return label. You’ll receive an email with a pre-paid return label and we will send you your new item as soon as we get the old one back!
• Refund: If within 30 days we will fully refund you with pre-paid return label included!

How to Start a Return

Email info@driftwoodclothing.com with your order number and return preference (store exchange or refund).
We’ll send a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns after 30 days are only accepted in special cases.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know and we’ll ship it out once your return arrives.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
